Coco Martin as the Caring Older Brother in Tambolista

I'm happy that local mainstream showbiz has embraced Coco Martin. I've been watching him for ages doing independent movies which allows him to show the range of his acting talent. I just watched him again tonight on cable in Tambolista, a movie released in 2008, and he shines again in his role as the caring older brother to Jiro Manio's character. His acting here is just effortless and believable and it helps that he has that cute moreno face. He has several shirtless scenes here - showing off his boy-man body to full effect.
